McDermott to Present at Upcoming Investor Conferences

HOUSTON -- McDermott International, Inc. ("McDermott" or the "Company") (NYSE: MDR) announced today that the Company is scheduled to present at two upcoming investor conferences next week.
Michael S. Taff, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McDermott, will present at the Calyon Energy Conference in New York City on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
The following day, Mr. Taff will present at the Merrill Lynch Global Engineering & Construction/Infrastructure Conference also in New York City on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at 11:50 a.m. Eastern Time.
