Multi-Million Revenue Business Founder Joins Security-Focused Private-Equity Firm
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- Equity 11, Ltd., an independent, private equity firm, has just appointed James M. Juliano as partner. In this capacity, Juliano will help Equity 11 manage its existing portfolios and acquire interests in new businesses. Juliano will also head the firm's real estate asset and development practice, which the firm plans on launching in early 2009.
As an Equity 11 partner, Juliano will leverage his proven project management skills and experience as a successful business founder and owner to identify strong corporate acquisition targets and guide Equity 11's portfolio companies, some of which include iSekurity, Stealth Holdings, Ecology Coatings and RB&A.

Prior to joining Equity 11, Juliano was the founder of Omega Development Corporation (www.omegadevcorp.com), a 27-year old, full-service general contractor that develops projects in the retail, governmental and institutional sector throughout the Midwest. Under Juliano's management, Omega has generated over $300 million in revenue since its inception. Previously, Juliano spent four years as an advisor and cost analyst for the rehabilitation of government apartments and housing. He holds licenses in real estate, building and contracting in several Midwestern states. His resume also includes U.S. military service from 1969 to 1972, when he was a paratrooper in Germany to reconnaissance in Vietnam.
