JPMorgan Chase & Co. to Transfer Securities from American Stock Exchange to NYSE Arca in Connection with NYSE Euronext's Acquisition of AMEX

NEW YORK -- JPMorgan Chase & Co. today announced that it will transfer the listing of Medium-Term Notes, Series E, KEYnotes Exchange Traded Notes Linked to the First Trust Enhanced 130/30 Large Cap Index currently listed on the American Stock Exchange ("AMEX") to NYSE Arca after the close of NYSE Euronext's planned acquisition of the AMEX. The proposed acquisition remains subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions including the approval of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The AMEX and NYSE Euronext expect the transaction to close in the third quarter of this year.
Specific dates for the transfer in listing of each of the securities will be provided in advance of the change.
