Northwest Airlines and Delta Air Lines Kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month with Flight of Pink Plane

Employees from Northwest and Delta on hand to raise awareness and kick off fund-raising effort

EAGAN, Minn. -- Northwest Airlines is teaming with Delta Air Lines to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month by flying Delta's pink plane from LaGuardia to Minneapolis/St. Paul. Breast cancer survivors from both companies, as well as company executives will take the flight and be on hand for a ceremony following the plane's arrival.
