SunEdison Appoints Reed Hundt, Former FCC Chairman, to the Board of Directors

BELTSVILLE, Md. -- SunEdison, North America's largest solar energy services provider, today named former Federal Communications Commission Chairman Reed Hundt as a non-executive, independent board member.
A senior advisor for McKinsey & Company, Hundt also serves on the board of directors of Intel Corporation, Infinera, and Data Domain. He is also a member of the board of Tropos Networks, Telegent Systems, Vanu, Inc., and the non-profit Public Knowledge.
"Reed's commitment to join the SunEdison board of directors is an honor," noted David Buzby, SunEdison CEO and Chairman of the Board. "His national regulatory leadership, his expertise in corporate governance and his passion for contributing to a more independent energy policy in the United States will all be very valuable to us.
