Terms and Conditions
Entire package is non-transferable and minimum bid is 65,000 points. Accommodation at the Chateau de Chanteloup is for a two-night stay for 2 adults of legal drinking age, subject to room availability. The package is subject to availability and must be booked at least 3 months prior to arrival date to ensure preferred date of stay. The package is valid from 01 February 2009 until 28 February 2010. The Chateau de Chanteloup is open weekdays from Monday to Friday excluding the month of August during which the Chateau is closed. Optional activities are seasonal and may vary according to weather conditions. Golf, a river cruise or a visit to a local museum are activities offered in season. Any fees and expenses not mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the bidder. Travel arrangements by plane to Bordeaux airport or by high speed train to Angouleme station, will not be included in the package and should be arranged and paid by the bidder. Bidder and travel companion must travel on same itinerary. Bidder must sign a liability release prior to departure. Travel companion must also sign a liability release prior to stay. Travel companion of Bidder must be an adult of legal drinking age. Bidder and travel companion must posses and show sufficient travel documents.
