Santa Clara University Discussion: Israel, Palestine and the Rule of Law

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- In July 2004, the International Court of Justice, known as the World Court, gave a landmark but little-known opinion in favor of Palestine on borders, the Wall, settlements and Jerusalem.
Media is invited to join Santa Clara University faculty, staff and students for an evening panel discussion October 16 on the opinion, Israel, Palestine and the Rule of Law. The event is co-sponsored by the University's Center for Global Law and Policy and South Bay Mobilization.
