External and Internal Influences Contributed to Boom
PHILADELPHIA -- Mantria Corporation proudly announces extraordinary 3rd quarter revenues up 470% over September 2007. External and internal factors believed to have contributed include: protected investment opportunities through Mantria Financial - Mantria's own lending institution; The Mantria Communities Ultimate Pricing Solution[TM] - an instant equity real estate purchasing program; the building of Mantria Place - 5,500 acres in Middle Tennessee (Sequatchie County), Tennessee's largest master planned community, and plans for the nation's first carbon diversion power system - making Mantria Place the world's first carbon negative community; and the relocation of Nissan and Volkswagen's world headquarters to Cool Springs and Chattanooga, Tennessee - providing numerous opportunities for Mantria, the lead developer in the Middle Tennessee market.
"We are thrilled as a company to not only have survived the recent fallout of the market - but to be thriving," exclaims Troy Wragg, Mantria Corporation Founder, Chairman and CEO. "We are constantly looking to improve upon our business model and through combined efforts, have seen enormous growth while our competitors are closing their doors."
For all of the work Mantria has done to succeed in the current market, the relocation of Nissan and Volkswagen's world headquarters has also contributed to the growth in the region. VW's plant is expected to generate about 2,000 jobs, while Nissan's new permanent North American headquarters is in Cool Springs, Tennessee. The South offers a lower cost of living, hundreds of existing suppliers and ideal highway and rail connections.
"We look forward to working with the employees of both Volkswagen and Nissan," states Amanda Knorr, Mantria Corporation President and Chief Operating Officer. "As a consumer-centric corporation founded on the ideals of giving back to society, we are excited to assist in the building of their new lives and homes here in Tennessee."
Mantria Corporation is a diversified, $61 million company focusing on green community development, socially responsible investing, distressed real estate fund management, mortgage banking, music and entertainment, creative financing and international fractional ownership sales and marketing. At the foundation is Mantria Green - a set of pioneering principles for developing premium land and real estate with carbon emission offsetting and environmentally conscious design.
Based outside of Philadelphia, Mantria Corporation has additional offices in Tennessee, Florida, Los Angeles and Beijing. Mantria is proud to be the lead developer in the Middle Tennessee market, with five Master Planned Communities currently underway. Mantria has a total of eleven divisions, and 30 total operating companies, including The Mantria Foundation, Inc. - a philanthropic arm of Mantria whose mission is improving the health of children and communities through targeted donations to charities that are aligned with Mantria's mission.
