CareView Communications, Inc. Engages William Blair & Company as Investment Banker

("CareView" or the "Company") (Pink Sheets:CRVW), an information technology provider to the healthcare industry, announced today the execution of an agreement with William Blair & Company, a global investment banking firm. Under the agreement, William Blair & Company agrees to provide certain investment banking services in connection with a possible private placement of CareView's debt or equity securities and to advise the Company on related financial matters.

CareView will be presenting at the William Blair & Company 11th Annual Private Equity Conference being held this week in Chicago. This equity conference is an opportunity for companies to present their near-term capital needs to an audience comprised of the leading private equity and venture investors in the U.S. The conference also highlights the perspective and insights of William Blair & Company's Equity Research teams as they lead discussions, moderate panels, and present their industry outlook to the conference participants.
