Acacia Research to Release Third Quarter Financial Results and Host Conference Call

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq:ACTG) announced today it will release its third quarter financial results on Thursday, October 23, 2008. Results will be released at the close of trading on the NASDAQ national market.
A conference call is scheduled for the same day.
