Fog Cutter Capital Group Inc.'s Fatburger Unit Signs Indonesian Development Agreement

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Fog Cutter Capital Group Inc.'s (OTCBB:FCCG) Fatburger unit has announced that it has entered into a multi-unit restaurant development agreement allowing PT. GLOBAL FOOD INDONESIA to develop and operate Fatburger restaurants in Indonesia. PT. GLOBAL is initially seeking locations in Jakarta, but also expects to open restaurants in Surabaya and Bali.

Fatburger's current international operations include restaurants in Canada and China, with additional agreements to open locations in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The Company expects to open its first restaurants in Dubai and Hong Kong before year end.
