Merlin International Wins Space and Naval Warfare Systems ITC Contract for Service-Oriented Architecture Strategy and Integration Services

WASHINGTON & DENVER -- Merlin International, one of the fastest growing public sector IT solutions providers in the United States, announced it has been awarded a contract with the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command Information Technology Center (SPAWAR ITC) in New Orleans to provide service-oriented architecture (SOA) integration services. Merlin will work with SPAWAR ITC's efforts to architect and engineer web services in order to support the Department of Defense and Department of the Navy.

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center New Orleans is a Navy Center that provides IT products and services to the Department of the Navy and Department of Defense. Comprised of a staff of approximately 760 military, government civilian, and contractor personnel enables the Navy Center to provide a complete range of IT products, services, and support, including systems engineering, systems development, systems integration, systems maintenance, systems migration, data warehouses, security accreditation, application hosting, and software applications.
