Goldman Sachs and CIC Partners LP, a Dallas-based, mid-sized private equity firm, also provided financing for and served as financial advisors to Legends.
Press Conference
Legends will hold a press conference today at 620 Loft at Rockefeller Center, 620 Fifth Avenue (entrance on 50th Street), New York, New York. The press conference will begin at 11:00 a.m. (ET). Press check-in begins at 10:00 a.m. (ET). Attendees will include: Jerry Jones (owner of the Dallas Cowboys), Hal Steinbrenner (Co-Chairman of the New York Yankees), Randy Levine (President of the New York Yankees), Stephen Jones (Chief Operating Officer of the Dallas Cowboys) and Mike Rawlings (Chairman & CEO of Legends). The press conference will be broadcast live on the YES Network.
