(OTC BB: GSPH) is pleased to announce that we will be presenting a technical paper and exhibiting at the Fall 2008 Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) / Power & Energy Society (PES) Insulated Conductors Committee (ICC) meeting. The conference is being held at the Grand Hyatt in San Antonio, Texas (October 27 - 29, 2008). On Tuesday, October 28, Linda Ward and Dick Nieman will be presenting a paper titled "Innovative Technology to Identify, Map, Determine Bending Radius, Pulling Tension and Data Management of Underground Infrastructure Conduit Assets."
