Bluewolf Hosts Amazon, Google, salesforce.com, The New York Times and Other Leaders on Cloud Computing Panel at Dreamforce 08 Conference
Business Wire, Oct 27, 2008
NEW YORK & SAN FRANCISCO -- The forecast is in: Cloud Computing is here to stay. At the panel on "Clear the Cloud: How, When and If Your Organization Should Leverage Cloud Services," at Dreamforce '08, salesforce.com's user and developer conference, technology vendors and large enterprises will come together to discuss the power and potential of Cloud Computing.
In a panel moderated by Eric Berridge of Bluewolf (www.bluewolf.com), executives from Amazon, Google, and salesforce.com along with leaders from Starbucks Coffee Company and The New York Times, will address how Cloud Computing fits into their corporate strategies and where it needs to go to drive business value.
"Bluewolf has been working on Cloud Computing for more than eight years, long before it caught the eye of the market," says Berridge. "There has been a lot of confusion in the market on what Cloud Computing really is. In this panel, we look to define Cloud Computing and understand its place and future in the enterprise."
According to Berridge, Cloud Computing is a style of computing where massively scalable IT-related capabilities are provided 'as a service' using Internet technologies to multiple external customers. A leading salesforce.com partner, Bluewolf is one of the world's largest providers of consulting services for Cloud Computing, Open Source, and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
The "Clear the Cloud" panel will be held on November 3, at 11:30 a.m. at Dreamforce. More than 10,000 attendees are anticipated at Dreamforce '08, salesforce.com's sixth annual user and developer conference, held November 2-5 at the Moscone South Convention Center in downtown San Francisco.
Bluewolf is the leading Software as a Service consulting company focusing on deployment, development and adoption of enterprise software applications. With eight years of SaaS experience and more than 1,200 customers, Bluewolf is defining a new style of consulting based on their Agile Consulting model that guarantees success and delivers on the promises of Cloud Computing.
