Trivest Announces New Appointments

MIAMI -- Trivest Partners IV, L.P. ("Trivest"), announced today that Todd J. Gross, CPA, and Kevin M. Lyons have joined as Associates. Todd and Kevin will assist Trivest in the analysis of investment opportunities and the acquisition and oversight of portfolio companies. They will also participate in all Trivest deal sourcing activities.
Todd Gross joined Trivest from Banc of America Securities as an Investment Banking Analyst where he participated in various stages of the M&A process. Prior to Banc of America, he worked at KPMG as an Associate in the Tax Department. Todd received his B.S. and Masters in Accounting from the University of Florida. Mr. Gross is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Kevin Lyons was formerly with Raymond James & Associates where he was an Investment Banking Analyst. During his time at Raymond James, Kevin developed valuation analyses and financial models for potential M&A transactions. Kevin received his A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.
