Baja Fresh Mexican Grill Opens First Baja Fresh Express Restaurants at Los Angeles International Airport and the University of Southern California

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. -- Baja Fresh Mexican Grill the quick casual Mexican grill chain today announced the grand opening of its two newest locations and its newest concept, Baja Fresh Express. These new express concepts opened in terminal seven at Los Angeles International Airport and the second location in the newest food facility at the University of Southern California.

"Our new Baja Fresh Express speeds guests from start to finish in less than four minutes."
Baja Fresh Express at the Lot on the University of Southern California will bring students and faculty alike the freshest in Mexican fare prepared quickly.
