Nathan Thompson Presents on Storage Market Issues and Brings New Light to Old Adages

BOULDER, Colo. -- Spectra Logic's chief executive officer, Nathan C. Thompson, joins a prestigious speaker roster next week at Storage Networking World (SNW) Fall 2008, to be hosted at the Gaylord Texan in Dallas. Thompson's presentation on the crossroad between disk and tape offers an objective exploration of both media in a "Mythbusters" format.

Nathan C. Thompson is the chief executive officer of Spectra Logic Corporation. He founded Western Automation, a memory board manufacturer, in 1979, while enrolled at the University of Colorado. Thompson continued the business while in school, graduating with a bachelor's of science degree in electrical engineering, from the University of Colorado at Boulder's College of Engineering in 1983.
