Force Protection, Inc. Receives Notice of Continued NASDAQ Listing

LADSON, S.C. -- Force Protection, Inc. (NASDAQ: FRPT) today announced that it received a letter from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel stating that it had determined to continue the listing of the Company's securities on the Nasdaq Stock Market because Force Protection has filed its Annual Report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 and the Quarterly Reports for the first two quarters of 2008 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
