GURGAON, India & NEW YORK -- Salient Business Solutions, a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services, announced the creation of its U.S.-based division, Salient Business Solutions USA, Inc., headquartered in New York. The creation of the U.S. division enables Salient to establish a solid U.S. presence and provide customers with a domestic origination and delivery team, as well as local accountability.
