Web-based Courses Integrated into Professional MBA Program
WINDSOR, Conn. -- SS&C Technologies, Inc. (www.ssctech.com), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced that Western Kentucky University (www.wku.edu) has selected SS&C's Zoologic Learning Solutions as its web-based course content provider.
The Gordon Ford College of Business at Western Kentucky University has incorporated Zoologic's MBA Essentials web-based courses to provide the foundational modules for its recently launched Professional MBA Program (www.wku.edu/mba). Inclusion of the Zoologic courses allows the school to baseline all incoming students and provides them the math and finance skills necessary to enter the MBA program.
"The Zoologic MBA web-based courses are a key element in the launch our first Professional MBA Program," said Bob Hatfield, Executive Coordinator of the WKU MBA program. "We had 24 students enter this first year of the program and most of them needed the knowledge gained from the Zoologic courses in order to be prepared to start taking our MBA classes."
"We are proud to work with Western Kentucky University and help busy professionals and managers find their way into the Professional MBA program," said Bill Stone, Chairman and CEO, SS&C Technologies, Inc. "All of us are happy to see tomorrow's leaders building a strong foundation and securing their future success through Zoologic's MBA Essentials courses."
