Incisive Media's Pennsylvania Group Announces Lease Renewal for Center City Space

PHILADELPHIA -- Incisive Media's Pennsylvania Group today announced that it has signed a lease renewal for approximately 12,670 square feet of space on the 17th floor of 1617 JFK Boulevard in Philadelphia. The 20-story office building is also known as One Penn Center. The offices house the editorial and business operations for The Legal Intelligencer, Pennsylvania Law Weekly and the Delaware Law Weekly, as well as a number of the Group's Web sites, specialty books, directories, and seminars. Lease terms were not disclosed.

"This lease renewal reaffirms our long-term commitment to the Center City area," said Hal Cohen, group publisher. "The Legal Intelligencer's offices have been located in Philadelphia since its founding in 1843 and we're delighted to be continuing that tradition."

Incisive Media was represented in the transaction by GVA Williams executive managing director Leon Manoff and William Finnegan of GVA Smith Mack.
