NJVC Hires Nicholas Aleyanis as Senior Vice President of Engineering

VIENNA, Va. -- NJVC, one of the largest information technology solutions providers supporting the United States Department of Defense (DoD), has hired Nick Aleyanis as senior vice president of engineering.
"Nick's extraordinary background has provided him with valuable experiences in identifying business growth opportunities and implementing and managing strategic plans, which will be a great asset for our customers as well as our internal organization," said NJVC President and General Manager Jody Tedesco. "We are excited to add Nick's talent to our growing team."
In his role as senior vice president of engineering at NJVC, Aleyanis will be responsible for overseeing an engineering staff of more than 300 personnel that work to support NJVC programs both domestically and overseas. He also will assist in developing and analyzing business strategies, management plans and resource needs.

Aleyanis has more than 29 years of experience in intelligence and geospatial markets and he has held a variety of positions in program, operations, training and functional management arenas.
Prior to joining NJVC, Aleyanis was the director of operations and sustainment at BAE Systems in Reston, Va. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing a multi-function engineering organization that supported eight distinct corporate programs.
He is a graduate of the Executive Education Program at Columbia University Graduate School of Business in New York, N.Y. He also earned a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in organizational and behavioral science from National University in San Diego, Calif.
