Janie Sinacore-Jaberg Named CEO at East Cooper Regional Medical Center

DALLAS -- Tenet Southern States Region announced today that Janie Sinacore-Jaberg, FACHE, has been named chief executive officer of East Cooper Regional Medical Center, a 100-bed acute care facility located in Mount Pleasant, S.C. She will be joining East Cooper Regional Medical Center on Oct. 15, 2008.
Sinacore-Jaberg most recently served as chief operating officer for Trinity Hospital of Augusta, a 235-bed acute care hospital in Augusta, Ga. She has more than 30 years of health care experience including serving as chief executive officer for Affinity Medical Center and Doctors Hospital of Stark County, both in Massillon, Ohio. She began her career as a staff nurse and orthopedic coordinator at Akron City Hospital. She has served in a variety of hospital administrative roles including director of surgical and critical care services, director of clinical services, chief nursing officer and chief operating officer.
Sinacore-Jaberg received her nursing degree from Isabelle Firestone School of Nursing in Akron, Ohio and a bachelor of science degree in health care administration from St. Joseph's College. She also earned a master's degree in business and health care administration from Central Michigan University.
