LOS ANGELES -- The Red Carpet will heat-up this month, as Lisa Rinna and Joey Fatone make their sophomore debut for TV Guide Network at the 60th Primetime Emmy[R] Awards on Sunday, September 21, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. ET/PT. In addition to its two-hour live Red Carpet pre-show with Lisa and Joey, TV Guide Network will also televise several additional hours of special programming dedicated to TV's biggest night, including a preview of the nominees, fashion news and after-party recaps.
