Versar Awarded $3.78 Million Air Force SATOC Task Order

SPRINGFIELD, Va. -- Versar, Inc. (AMEX:VSR) announced today the United States Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency has awarded Versar a one year, $3.78 million contract to modify the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system in an aircraft corrosion control facility at Robins Air Force Base, GA. The contract tasks Versar to provide energy savings by recirculating conditioned air to the corrosion control process. This is an energy conservation improvement program project.

It is our first success in the Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization Task Order Contract (SATOC) vehicle held by the Johnson Controls Federal Systems/ Versar joint venture.
