10-K Wizard Adds Searching and Alerting on 9 Regulatory Resources
DALLAS -- 10-K Wizard Technology LLC (www.10kwizard.com), a leading provider of online SEC research tools, announced today the addition of a new Regulatory database that streamlines research and alerting on rapidly changing regulations by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the PCAOB.
The newly released database consolidates nine disparate sources of regulatory information. Consolidating the data enables users to utilize simple keywords or complex Boolean expressions to find and monitor the evolutionary path of regulations from a variety of related sources. Alerting delivers a pro-active updates on any of these sources. Currently, the database contains proposed and final SEC rules, PCAOB proposed rules, speeches from the SEC Chairman and Commissioner as well as Commission Staff, exemptive orders, and interpretive and concept releases. Other sources are expected to be added over the coming months.
"The staggering rate of regulatory change has created a compelling need for immediate updates to a larger audience of corporate, legal and Wall Street professionals. The stakes are too high to be ignorant of the implications and penalties for non-compliance. Helping our clients stay informed on hot issues and daily regulatory changes is a key element for comprehensive SEC research. We're delighted to offer this highly complementary data set to our arsenal of specialty databases created from SEC filings which are enhanced by powerful export tools," states Martin Zacarias, CEO of 10-K Wizard Technology.
