DALLAS -- Apex Global Partners announces the acquisition of Global Benefit Solutions, one of the leading privately owned employee benefits brokers and Human Resources Consultants in Austin.

Global Benefit Solutions provides health and welfare insurance brokerage and consulting, as well as retirement planning, executive compensation, and human resources consulting to its corporate clients based throughout central Texas.
