SMU Cox School of Business Names Credit Solutions One of Dallas' Most Dynamic Private Companies

RICHARDSON, Texas -- Credit Solutions has earned a place among the 18th annual Southern Methodist University (SMU) Cox School of Business Dallas 100[TM] Awards as one of the city's fastest-growing, most dynamic companies.
Rankings will be announced at a Nov. 20 awards dinner at the Morton Meyerson Symphony Center, when all 100 companies will be recognized in ranked order, and the top 10 companies will receive special recognition from keynote speaker Ray Hunt, Chairman and CEO of Hunt Consolidated, Inc.
"To have been recognized by one of the nation's top business schools is a magnificent honor," said Credit Solutions CEO Doug Van Arsdale.
Earlier this year, Credit Solutions earned a top 3% ranking on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing private companies driving the U.S. economy today. The Inc. 500 ranked Credit Solutions as #8 among the Top 100 DFW Businesses, #13 in the Top 100 U.S. Financial Services Companies and #128 overall.
About the Dallas 100
Co-founded in 1990 by the SMU Cox School of Business and the SMU Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship, the Dallas 100 is an annual tribute to the vitality and entrepreneurship of the emerging business community in North Texas. To qualify, a company must:
* Be an independent, privately held corporation, proprietorship or partnership (not a subsidiary of a parent company) as of May 1, 2008;
* Be headquartered in the Dallas area;
* Have had sales of more than $500,000 in fiscal 2005;
* Have had sales of not more than $75,000,000 in 2005;
* Have a three-year sales history reflecting growth; and,
* Have a credit report and character satisfactory to Dallas 100.
