Horne International Update on 2008 Stockholder Meeting

FAIRFAX, Va. -- Horne International, Inc. (OTCBB:HNIN) today announced that its management and Board of Directors are reviewing several strategic alternatives regarding the future direction of the company. Once those alternatives have been fully reviewed, the company will announce the date of its stockholder meeting. Subject to the results of the strategic review, the company expects that the stockholder meeting will take place during the fourth quarter of 2008.
Stockholders will be notified in the future of the record date for, and the exact time and location of, the meeting. When finalized, details about the meeting also will be announced on the Investor Relations section of Horne International's Web site, www.horne.com.
