PHOENIX -- Modavox, Inc. (OTCBB:MDVX), Internet broadcasting pioneer and holder of several patented technologies; today announced that the Company has solidified an agreement with OasisTV (www.oasistv.com) to exclusively broadcast their online library. The networks content will be distributed via the Company's BoomBox[TM] Video Platform and will also leverage its StreamSyndicate[TM] Advertising Platform, all built upon the Company's patented technology which includes exclusive behavioral targeting capabilities.

The Oasis Television Network launched in 1997 on satellite to become the world's first holistic/personal growth cable/satellite programming service in the world. According to Oasis TV founder and CEO Robert Schnitzer, "The Modavox technology, including the Modavox BoomBox[TM] and StreamSydicate[TM], will be the centerpiece of our website face-lift, which we plan to launch in October 2009. These are major components and we expect them to benefit Oasis TV's users as well as advertisers seeking to reach our upscale, highly educated and largely female demographic."

Ide further stated, "As we continue to see more and more companies embracing our platforms, it's important to note we also benefit from an increasing unique visitor count which simultaneously grows our own audience along side of our customers."
