The Judge Group Expands Executive Search Division with Additional Office in Stamford, CT

PHILADELPHIA -- The Judge Group, a professional services firm specializing in Technology Consulting, Enterprise-Wide Staffing and Corporate Training, announced today the expansion of Judge Executive Search by opening a new location in Stamford, CT.
"The opening of Stamford solidifies another milestone in Judge's blueprint to grow the Executive Search infrastructure in response to the high demand for retained search services," stated Martin E. Judge, Jr., CEO and Founder of The Judge Group. "Over the past 24 months our executive search capability has doubled in size with the addition of multiple practice offices and industry experts. In addition, our newest partnerships in China and India allow Judge Executive Search to provide international search capabilities to our clients."
The Stamford office is located in Soundview Plaza, at 1266 East Main Street. The seven story, award-winning office property has convenient highway access and magnificent water views. To lead the Stamford operations, The Judge Group has hired two industry veterans, Joel M. Serota and Raymond J. Martin as Practice Leaders.
Mr. Serota has held senior management positions in executive search, consulting and marketing with companies including; Kenzer Corp., People Management NE, International Profit Associates and Cultec, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Serota was a principal of Serota Corp., a textile and apparel consulting firm and Director of Operations for Mamark, a premium promotional products company. Mr. Serota has completed numerous domestic and international senior management and C-level assignments for Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. He has specific expertise in a broad spectrum of retail and manufacturing companies.
Mr. Martin has over 25 years of domestic and international experience in senior management positions with financial firms such as GE Capital, Bank of America, ING Barings, Allen & Company, Inc. and The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. Mr. Martin has successfully filled the full range of C-level and divisional management positions within the financial services sector. Mr. Martin brings to Judge Executive Search an extensive background as a banking/investment banking executive with a keen understanding of a wide variety of functional areas within the financial services industry. Mr. Martin will focus on the consolidating hedge fund industry, including M&A and team lift outs.
