The corrected release reads:
FIRST WOMAN-OWNED AND HUMANITARIAN CHOCOLATIER TO BECOME USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC AND FAIR TRADE
Lesley's Life Is Sweet, a woman-owned humanitarian and artisanal chocolate company, today announced that it has become the first to be USDA certified organic and fair trade with complete collections of chocolate ganaches and molded bonbons, according to the Midwest Organic Services Association, Inc. (MOSA).
"Becoming USDA certified organic is rewarding because the standards are so high," said Lesley Byrne, founder and president. "At least 95% of all the ingredients must be USDA certified organic--including the chocolates, sugar, cream, butter, teas, coffees, spices, and vanilla--and are also certified fair trade."
The chocolatier will unveil its newest collection in September 2008, through an exclusive partnership with Organic Style, sister company of Organic Bouquet, an online boutique offering eco-floral and eco-luxury products. Proceeds from this exclusive collection will help children in Asia and Africa. "We are so proud to partner with Life Is Sweet--Lesley is a master artisan; she creates individual pieces of art that taste extraordinary and support humanitarian projects," said Bobbi Scott-Hlebek, gourmet merchandise director at Organic Style.
Supporting her strong belief in giving back to the world, the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce of New York has commissioned Ms. Byrne to design and produce customized boxes of organic chocolates for the New York Green Summit, with His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden as the guest of honor. Her chocolates will be presented at the Royal Green Award Dinner at Tavern on the Green. A portion of the proceeds from the chocolates will be donated to Riverkeeper.org, an environmental organization dedicated to safeguarding the ecological integrity of the Hudson River tributaries and the watershed of New York City.
About Lesley's Life Is Sweet:

Ms. Byrne is directly involved with humanitarian projects in Cambodia, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. A significant portion of the proceeds from the sale of all chocolate collections goes to these humanitarian projects. The company also funds domestic charities, including breast cancer, cystic fibrosis, and Riverkeeper. Her foundation, Kids Are Sweet International, works with children in Cambodia's rural provinces, installing water wells, providing clean drinking water and vegetable gardens, and donating bicycles to schools. The company's mission is "Changing the world one chocolate at a time." Please visit www.lesleyslifeissweet.com for more information.
