(“Satyam”) (NYSE:SAY) who suffered large losses from investment in Satyam American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) during the period between January 06, 2004 and January 06, 2009, inclusive (the “Class Period”) that Monday, March 9, 2009 is the deadline for Satyam investors to move for appointment as lead plaintiff in the pending securities class action.
No class has yet been certified in the above action. A lead plaintiff is a representative chosen by the Court, who acts on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation.
