Ulmer & Berne’s Corporate Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Group Grows with the Addition of Attorneys

CLEVELAND -- Ulmer & Berne LLP announced today the addition of Jeffrey Baddeley and Todd A. Atkinson to its Corporate Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Group.

Mr. Baddeley represents creditors, debtors, trustees and committees in all types of bankruptcy proceedings, receiverships and out of court restructurings. He has over 20 years of experience dealing with commercial disputes including federal and state litigation, and arbitration. A past chair of the Cleveland Bar Association Bankruptcy and Commercial Law section, Mr. Baddeley has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer, a Leading Lawyer and named to The Best Lawyers in America. He received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he was an editor of the law review and where he is currently an adjunct professor. Prior to joining Ulmer & Berne, Mr. Baddeley was with Baker Hostetler.

As an attorney with Ulmer & Berne, Mr. Atkinson’s practice focuses on corporate restructuring, bankruptcies and other related matters. He has experience working with debtors and financial institutions relative to Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and corporate reorganizations. Prior to joining Ulmer & Berne, Mr. Atkinson was with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, magna cum laude, and his B.S.B.A. from John Carroll University.
