Hotel Outsource Management International, Inc.: 4 New Installation Contracts and a New Management Contract With Luxury Hotels

NEW YORK -- Hotel Outsource Management International, Inc. (OTCBB:HOUM) (“HOMI”, or the “Company”), has announced that it has signed agreements for the installation of its HOMI ®330 and HOMI ®336 Computerized Minibar systems with four upscale and luxury hotels: The Kensington London in England; The Dupont Hotel in Washington DC; the new Mamilla Hotel Jerusalem in Israel (an Alrov Luxury Hotel, opening in May 2009); and the Le Méridien Eilat Hotel in Israel.

All four of these upscale luxury hotels enjoy central locations, primary positioning, and are a part of well known hotel brands. The Kensington London and the Dupont are part of the Doyle Collection Hotels.

These new agreements will allow HOMI to install the HOMI®330 and HOMI ®336 Computerized Minibar systems in a total of 815 rooms. The installations will take place between April and May 2009.

Additionally, HOMI signed a contract for the management of the minibar department at the Hilton Tel Aviv Hotel in Israel. Hilton Tel Aviv has an existing computerized minibar system installed in 580 rooms.
