Sunrise Solar Hires New President

SAN ANTONIO -- Sunrise Solar Corp. (OTCBB: SSLR) announced today that it has hired Mr. Maurice Stone as its new President. Mr. Stone is a proven executive with prior public company experience. He will be responsible for expanding SSLR’s business footprint and managing its current project portfolio.
Mr. Stone is the Chairman of the prestigious Energy Committee of the National Black Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Stone works closely with the Chamber’s Public Policy Group, which includes some of the most influential corporations in America, such as energy stalwarts Chevron (NYSE: CVX) and Exxon (NYSE: XOM), telecom giant AT&T (NYSE: T), and financial powerhouse Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC).
Mr. Stone has been involved in multiple businesses in the energy, technology, and healthcare sectors. He previously served as President of National Wind Solutions, Inc. and Chairman and CEO of Intrepid Holdings, Inc., a retail clinic operation. Additionally, he previously served as CEO of Cornerstone Services Group, a retail pharmacy services company and as Chairman and CEO of First Genesis Professional Services, an IT development and solutions company. His prior experience includes: Vice President of Business Development for Intelligent Medicine and Chief Operating Officer of Telemedicine Solutions International both telemedicine service providers. He spent the early part of his career in the information technology industry with IBM and Digital Equipment Corporation.
