Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust Schedules First Quarter 2009 Conference Call for Thursday, April 30, 2009

PHILADELPHIA -- Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: PEI) intends to release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009, before market trading begins on Thursday, April 30, 2009.
Management has scheduled a conference call for 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on April 30, 2009, to review the Company’s first quarter results, market trends, and future outlook.
