Trusted Computer Solutions Chief Technology Officer to Speak at Prestigious 2009 DoDIIS Worldwide Conference

George Kamis to Present “State of Technology in Thin Client Computing”
HERNDON, Va. -- Trusted Computer Solutions (TCS), a leading developer of cross domain, operating system and network security software, today announced that George Kamis, Chief Technology Officer, will speak at the upcoming 2009 DoDIIS Worldwide Conference taking place in Orlando, FL from May 17-21. Mr. Kamis’ session, “State of Technology in Thin Client Computing,” will address the viability of thin client computing for desktops throughout an organization. This session will take place on Tuesday, May 19 from 2:45 to 3:30 p.m.
Mr. Kamis will discuss the emergence of thin client computing technology and its relationship with back-end infrastructure. He will address how thin client computing benefits government agencies that access classified information on various secure domains by eliminating multiple workstations thus providing the ability to operate from a single desktop. Advantages include less power consumption, increased security, ease of administration, cost reduction and infrastructure consolidation.
