"Concerning expenses, we took and keep taking measures for reduction of marketing and G&A expenses. Those expenses were reduced by nearly US$140K (18%) compared to previous quarter. In addition to a fund raising of US$1,400,000 in the first quarter of 2009, and additional loans of US$350,000 in April and May 2009, from senior management, we are currently in the process of a second fund raising."
