Cambridge Bancorp Announces Quarterly Dividend

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Cambridge Bancorp (OTCBB: CATC) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share. The dividend is payable July 1, 2009 to shareholders of record as of June 10, 2009.
