BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (NYSE: MPW) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock to be paid on July 14, 2009 to stockholders of record on June 11, 2009.
