(“MRU” or the “Company”) (OTC:UNCLQ; formerly NASDAQ:UNCL) who suffered losses from investment in MRU securities during the period between July 9, 2007 and September 19, 2008, inclusive (the “Class Period”) that Friday, June 19, 2009 is the deadline for MRU investors to move for appointment as lead plaintiff in the pending securities class action.
No class has yet been certified in the above action. A lead plaintiff is a representative chosen by the Court, who acts on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation.
