Jewelry Executives Join Forces to Create “TLVG, Inc.”A Business to Business Coalition Led by Super Bell CEO Lo Huang
LOS ANGELES -- The LA VIE Group, TLVG, Inc., a California Corporation, announced today that it has appointed Officers and Directors to execute a strategic business plan focused on leveraging specific industry strengths and consolidating jewelry and diamond supply chains.
“The LA VIE Group concept was developed jointly by Super Bell Jewelry and United Brands LLC. Together we have assembled a dedicated and experienced executive team. Our goal is to become the leading force in the global jewelry industry!” said Lo Huang, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TLVG, Inc.
The company’s products will be offered through the existing Super Bell international network that currently services 4000 independent retail stores in North America, South America and The Caribbean. The company distributes to over 80 countries from its Hong Kong operations.

We’ve added marketing concepts, designers and consumer brands, to create The LA VIE Group… A Universal Syndicated Alliance™,” said Tessie Lucas, President of TLVG, Inc. “This provides a great platform for manufacturers, designers and brands to introduce product through our fulfillment channels, marketed directly to retailers.”

TESSIE LUCAS – PresidentMs. Lucas holds a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering from The Philippines. In 1981 she began working for Pace Enterprises, a Los Angeles-based jewelry manufacturer, where Tessie served various positions including Production Director. Ms. Lucas joined Super Bell in 2003 serving as Director of Merchandising, and is involved in all aspects of product sourcing and special projects.
JACKIE KHA – Director of SalesJackie Kha joined Super Bell in 1992. As Director of Sales, Jackie manages key departments including sales, customer service, shipping logistics and special projects.
WENDY NG – Director of FinanceMs. Ng has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and had been with Super Bell since 1995 serving as Director of Accounting. Ms. Ng oversees all financial transactions for the company including audited reports, bank loans, international banking relationships, and financing programs.
VICTOR HAN – Director of OperationsMr. Han is from Taiwan and studied at Cal Poly Tech University and CSULB in Los Angeles, where he earned his B.S. in Digital Computer Electronics Engineering. Victor worked 11 years in aerospace R&D and as a firmware engineer at Nortel Networks. In 2002, he joined Super Bell to oversee all technical maintenance and operations of the company’s internet and software, data analysis and programming.
