NGAS Resources to Present at Hilliard Lyons INVESTKentucky Conference

LEXINGTON, Ky. -- NGAS Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: NGAS) today announced that William S. Daugherty, President and CEO, will present at the Hilliard Lyons INVESTKentucky Conference taking place at Churchill Downs in Louisville, KY on June 3-4, 2009.
Mr. Daugherty will be presenting at the conference on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. (Eastern). During his presentation, Mr. Daugherty plans to discuss NGAS and its natural gas opportunities in the Appalachian Basin as well as provide a general business update.
