Fitch Issues Correction for California State Public Works Board Lease Revs 2008H, 2008I & 2008J

NEW YORK -- An error was found on Fitch Ratings' website for the bonds listed below:
--California State Public Works Board (CA) (Department of Developmental Services - Porterville Dev Ctr Housing Expansion & Rec Complex) lease revenue bonds series 2008H;
--California State Public Works Board (CA) (Trustees of California State University - Monterey Bay Campus Library) lease revenue bonds series 2008I;
--California State Public Works Board (CA) (Department of Mental Health - Various Mental Health Projects) lease revenue bonds series 2008J.
The sale of the lease revenue bonds series 2008H and 2008I was delayed. The bonds sold as lease revenue bonds 2009C and 2009D respectively (see March 26, 2009 rating action commentary titled Fitch Rates California Public Works Board's $436MM Lease Revs 'A-'). The sale of the 2008J bonds was cancelled.
The correct bonds are now displayed on Fitch Ratings' website.
