LOS ANGELES -- Response Genetics Inc. (Nasdaq:RGDX) today announced that it will hold its Annual Meeting of stockholders on Tuesday, June 16, 2009, beginning at 10 a.m. EDT at The New York Palace Hotel, 455 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022.
The items for consideration at the meeting are included in the Notice of Availability of Proxy Materials, which has been mailed to shareholders of record on April 30, 2009.
