Ulmer & Berne LLP Partner Timothy J. Downing to Serve on the Ohio State Bar Association’s Advisory Council on Diversity Initiatives

CLEVELAND -- Timothy J. Downing, a partner with Ulmer & Berne LLP, has recently been appointed to serve on the Ohio State Bar Association’s Advisory Council on Diversity.

The primary charge for the Advisory Council on Diversity Initiatives is to enhance diversity in the legal profession which is an important goal to the Ohio State Bar Association. The Council will coordinate, enhance, and implement the Association’s diversity efforts to promote the full and equal participation in the legal profession by minorities, women, persons with disabilities, and persons of differing sexual orientation and gender identities.
