*Wheatland-Chili Central School District (NY), $8,323,620 general obligation school district bonds, series 2009

*Rio Rancho (NM), $61,580,000 water & wastewater refunding revenue bonds, series 2009

*Del Norte County Unified School District (CA), $5,099,998 (2008 Election) general obligation bonds series A

*Deer Valley Unified School District No. 97 (AZ), $17,000,000 (Project of 2004) school improvement bonds, series 2009D

*Schalmont Central School District at Rotterdam (NY), $5,000,000 general obligation school district bonds, series 2009
