iMedicor Names Michael Lorelli to its Board of Directors

Business Veteran Brings Expertise at Time of Portal Expansion
NANUET, N.Y. -- iMedicor, a Vemics Company (OTCBB: VMCI), the market’s leading HIPAA-compliant solution for interoperable medical information transfer, today announced that Michael K. Lorelli has joined its Board of Directors. Lorelli is CEO of New Jersey based Water-Jel Technologies, LLC.

Water-Jel Technologies, LLC provides first-aid burn care products to EMS, firefighters, industry, and the military. Prior to working as a private equity consultant, Mr. Lorelli spent 20 years in various leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies including PepsiCo, Inc., Esmark, Inc. and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. During his nine years with PepsiCo, Inc., Mr. Lorelli held four positions of increasing responsibility, beginning with his position as senior vice president of marketing, then executive vice president of Pepsi-Cola North America, and moving to president of Pepsi-Cola East and culminating with a position as president of Pizza Hut International. During his two years as president of Pizza Hut International, Mr. Lorelli directed the division's growth strategy and successfully increased Pizza Hut's presence from 68 to 92 countries, surpassing McDonalds.
